Price: 5% - 10% of Approval Amount ($10,000 max) $100K to $3M+ institutional approvals based on your business

This specialized funding program is designed for businesses that are already cashflowing or have liquid holdings that can be utilized to develop a relationship with the bank. Both no-doc and full-doc programs are available and the interest rate is Prime +1% (see below):.

Credit line and loan program parameters:

• $10K-$100K business credit line or installment loan term is 5 years
• $101K-$3M business credit line term is renewable at 2 years
• $100K-$3M business installment loan term is 5 years
• Interest rate is Prime +1%
• Funding amounts are 25% of top line revenue on most recent available tax return as verifiable on 4506T
• Funding maximum amount is $3M
• Must open a business account with a minimum of $2500 at the bank before submitting an application
• Must pay an “approval fee” of $300 upon funding approval

Requirements to qualify…

• Your business has been operating 2+ years in either California, Arizona, Nevada, New York, or New Jersey
• If your business is foreign filed in one of the states above, the date of the foreign filing is 2+ years old
• If you acquired the business, the date of the acquisition is 2+ years old
• Solo guarantors must own 80%+ of business to be funded
• Every owner with a 21% or higher stake in the company must be a guarantor of the creditline/loan
• Your personal Experian FICO® Credit Score is 715+
• Your FICO® SBSS Score is 180 or higher

No-Doc Program is perfect for you if…

• You want funding amounts between $10K and $100K
• Your most recent 4506T would show NO HARD LOSSES
• If your 4506T would show SOFT LOSSES (depreciation, etc.), one year tax return would be required to verify loss type

Full-Doc Program is perfect for you if…

• Your two most recent tax returns shows NO HARD LOSSES
• If your two most recent tax returns have SOFT LOSSES (depreciation, etc.), lender will verify loss type prior to approval
